Italics spacing

Some broadcast equipment makes spaces around italics, some does not. Hence this feature.

Display mode (with italics spacing)

Display mode (without italics spacing)

Extra italics spacing characters are saved in DCSubtitle, EBU stl, 890, Spruce stl, and Subrip srt formats, so that these formats look identical to what you see in Sub Machine, where no extra space around italics still gives a visible spacing in Display Mode. The extra space character is added to those formats when saving, and when loading they are removed again.
