The video controls windows is hidden on a tab behind the context window, but may be dragged anywhere you want it. It may also be disabled in the layout configuration submenu.
The window is home of the video minibar that may be used as it is or dragged into a floating position anywhere on the screen. It will stay on top in full screen mode as well.
