Default is Microsoft Directshow player. FFmpeg decoder library is still experimental.
Prefer FFDshow or LAV codecs: A tick here ensures that the user does not have to configure codecs on the computer running Sub Machine. Of course, you'll have to install FFDShow Tryouts or LAV codecs for it to work.
